Various process and committees such as Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committees are in place which provide all employees, vendors, suppliers and customers a secure and 24×7 access to raise grievances.

Our open-door policy in business reflects our commitment to transparent and flexible communication between managers and team members, Directors and CMD. The open-door policy encourages us with effective communication between team members and Directors & CMD.
